pH Neutral biosurfactant coil cleaner. Safe to apply and leave on coils.

Dilute at 1:10. Apply to coil as pre-treatment to use of mechanical process, or leave on coils with air flow providing surface agitation.

Use for both performance restoration and or as an ongoing maintenance solution.

Uses:

• Suitable for all HVAC coils, (chilled water, DX
  Refrigerant), and all types of units (large centralized systems, roof top units, split systems, PTAC and ductless)
• Pre-treatment of coils, (days or a week), ahead of mechanical cleaning
• Can be used as both a Performance Restoration Maintenance protocol, as well as a Preventative Maintenance protocol

Preventative Maintenance protocol involves applying diluted AC-C to the coil and leaving it there, with the airflow through the coil providing the mechanical agitation.

• The probiotics keep on cleaning by consuming microscopic surface contaminants

AC-C Probiotic Biosurfactant Coil Cleaner (AC-C) is an environmentally safe, pH neutral, proprietary biosurfactant cleaner for use on HVAC coils and other HVAC mechanical equipment.

AC-C comprises EPA 'Safer Choice' chemistry, combined with safe, beneficial FDA 'GRAS' (Generally Recognized As Safe) schedule listed probiotics. AC-C is used to remove accumulated problem materials that obstruct air flow, and impede optimal thermal transfer efficiency in HVAC coils, without the risk of surface damage that conventional high or low pH chemical coil cleaners are known to cause. AC-C can be applied and left on coils without causing damage.
